Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using KvantEdge's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. KvantEdge is operated by KvantEdge FZ-LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates.

2. Description of Services

KvantEdge provides geopolitical risk intelligence services, including but not limited to:

  • Real-time risk monitoring and alerts
  • Risk intelligence reports and analysis
  • Predictive risk assessments
  • API access for enterprise customers
  • Custom intelligence briefings

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Basic ($199/month): Weekly risk reports, email alerts
  • Pro ($499/month): Daily reports, real-time alerts, analyst access
  • Enterprise ($1,999/month): Custom dashboard, API access, dedicated support

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy.

You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. If payment fails, we may suspend your access until payment is received.

3.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes
  • Not redistribute, resell, or share reports without authorization
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our methodologies
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, data, methodologies, software, and materials provided through the Services are the exclusive property of KvantEdge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the reports for your internal business purposes only.

6. Confidentiality

Reports and intelligence provided through the Services are confidential. You agree not to disclose, publish, or distribute our reports to third parties without prior written consent, except:

  • To your employees and advisors who need access for business purposes
  • As required by law or regulatory authorities
  • With our express written permission

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Our analysis or predictions will be accurate or complete
  • The information provided will meet your specific requirements

Our reports are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, financial, or investment advice. You should conduct your own due diligence before making business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KVANTEDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KvantEdge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at billing@kvantedge.ai.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
