Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies to:
- First-time subscribers on any plan (Basic, Pro, or Enterprise)
- Subscribers who have not previously received a refund from KvantEdge
To request a refund under this guarantee, simply email billing@kvantedge.ai within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Subscription Billing
2.1 Billing Cycle
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the same day each month
- Your billing date is the day you first subscribed
- All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
3. Cancellation
3.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Emailing billing@kvantedge.ai with your cancellation request
- Contacting our support team
3.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the period ends
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Historical reports you've downloaded remain yours to keep
4. Refunds After 14 Days
After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: Extended service outages (more than 72 consecutive hours) not caused by scheduled maintenance
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts
- Technical Issues: Significant platform issues that prevent you from accessing core features despite our best efforts to resolve them

5. Prorated Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. When you cancel, you retain access for the remainder of your paid period, but no partial refund is issued.
6. Plan Changes
6.1 Upgrading
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately
- You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period
- Future billings will reflect the new plan price
6.2 Downgrading
- Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period
- You retain access to higher-tier features until your current period ends
- No refund is provided for the price difference
7. Enterprise Subscriptions
Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different refund and cancellation terms as specified in their individual service agreements. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager.
8. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first at billing@kvantedge.ai. We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
9. How Refunds Are Processed
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
